Se didn't treat her staff well at all. She was very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. Her advice was completely slanted and biased. It seemed like she just wanted to make money instead of giving me advice that would actually help me. Occasionally she would fall asleep during my appointment when I was really starting to open up. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like she was annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand she is busy, but she should really treat her clients better. I did not feel that she maintained her clients charts well at all. When I would enter her office for my appointment there would be charts scattered on her desk and the names of her clients and progress notes would be visible to me during my appointment. This made me feel that my information was not secure. I would not see this provider again and would not recommend her to my family or friends.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. boundaries are poor to non-existent, and ethics are non-existent.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
