Very frustrating. He is smart, but he has problems of his own. He is sometimes arrogant and condescending probably from being insecure. The most frustrating thing about him though was how sensitive he was to criticism. He would get angry if you disagreed with him, and it was hard to discuss or argue anything that went against what he was saying, because he believed he was always right. He was often not right, but you could not tell him that. I wish I had stopped going to him sooner because it was not working. I suspected he knew that, but wanted to keep me going to make money. He also was oblivious to the college students socializing and yelling in the rooms around his office in the apartment house he shares with them. I try to say this in the nicest/most objective way possible while admittedly being a little bitter and angry at how I was treated.
