Great counselor, understanding and caring!

Dr.Guyer is a compassionate, caring counselor; yet not afraid to confront on your denial of the situation. I have seen her off and on through the years and she has helpful in all my situations. She is always available to listen to my problems and understands what I am going through. The last counselor I went to before going to Alice Kaye went to sleep during the session. She will take extra time and also allows to call her in a time of crises; she does have crises times. So you must respect those times. I 5star + recommend her. Just Larry

Great counselor..I have been to several counselors in this are. She was the only one that heard my issues. S he takes longer time with you and doesn't try to get you out the the door after 45 minutes. She is concerned about my problems and tries to connect with me. Alice is empathic and non judgmental. I cannot even begin to tell you have I have been helped by being therapy with Ailce Kaye Guyer.

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes! It was effortless!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Getting an appointment with them at a convenient time couldn't be easier. I've never had a problem getting an appointment at a time that works for me. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Every time I go, I'm always surprised by how respectful and courteous they are. I've never been treated with more respect by any other professional. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
