I took my daughter to see Dr. Gutierrez. When I made the appointment i was informed that there may be a wait. Dr. Gutierrez is the only psychologist in town that can provide service for children with behavioral problems. So I am grateful that my daughter was able to be seen. I was informed making the appointment that there may be a long wait. I did not mind the wait because I needed the doctor to diagnose my daughter as needed. Dr. Gutierrez was a very nice to me and my daughter. The staff was very nice and very attentive. And it looks like they are upgrading and redecorating the whole clinic. Overall my experience was pleasant.

The wait time for my son to be seen was unnecessarily long. The waiting area was very dirty. The staff was rude. I would not return or recommend this doctor.

I've had 2 appointments to test my child for ADD/ADHD. I was told it was a 3 appt process; the first being and introduction/evaluation, the second being the testing phase and the third would reveal the results. The appt scheduler told me each appt would take 3-4 hours with testing, etc. My 1st appt WAS 4 hrs long, 3.75 hrs of it spent waiting in the lobby. Not much of an evaluation! The 2nd appt was 5 HOURS long and consisted of 4hrs, 53minutes in the lobby!!! It took approximately 7 minutes to test my stir-crazy child AND check out at the front desk! This is TOTALLY unacceptable!! DO NOT use this doctor unless you want the free clinic treatment!
