I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They listened to everything I had to say and were able to answer all of my questions. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
