I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
