She helped me understand my faulty self-thoughts. She truly listens and knows who she is talking to with every session. I would leave with helpful strategies to strengthen my relationship and myself. I have met with other therapists who would reinforce my angry thoughts, but never give me a way to escape them. She would listen to my story and help me understand my choices so that I could make more rational changes. I would highly recommend her for anyone who truly wants to move in a positive direction in life!

Dr. Cheshire has worked with both my daughter and me and consistently gives the best treatment and counseling around. Although she is a bit of a drive for me, she is definitely worth it. She doesn't pull any punches, but also is not accusing or belittling. She's truly one in a million and I am forever in her debt for the help she has given us.
