DO NOT USE THIS CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER!
She gave my children to a child molester, abuser, psychopath. Even after she knew that I found naked pictures of my daughter on my son's phone while under the care of their father she told the courts that she felt that the children should go with the parent of their choice. She was informed that that the father is an abuser. Not only to the children but also to the family pets. Yet because she knew the father's lawyer personally and the father's lawyer recommended her to the judge. She took the father's side. There was only 3 sessions and she made her decision. Now the children are living with a psychopath, child/animal abuser, child molester.
Please read all of the reviews before choosing this so called social worker. She is only a social worker, not a psychologist.

Watching the news about the little girl that was thrown off the sunshine skyway bridge by her father. I was wondering if you were her social worker? The mother called DCF and told them the father was crazy. I remember we told you that about my ex son in law and you yelled at my grandchildren tha t their father loved them. I do believe my grandchildren would have been killed by their ex father (the one that loves his kids) but gave them up so he wouldn't have to pay child support. My granddaughters told you he was not nice and you ordered my daughter to let him take them for weekends at a time. They still have bad, scary memories about that. In my opinion, Cher Myers is in this profession, Cher is in this for the money and nothing else!

I am shocked to read the negative reviews on this provider. It seems to be the court-related cases saying negative things, so beware they may be trying to ruin Cher's reputation for reasons unknown. My personal experience is as follows ... My daughter has many issues that four years of traditional therapy did not help much at all. By the grace of God, I discovered S.A.D.L.E.S. a year ago. My daughter loves the connection with the horses that equine therapy provides, and she has come a long way in the last year. Cher is wonderful with her and is the first person my daughter feels comfortable opening up to. I don't think you can find a more compassionate, sincere individual in this line of work. She is an utmost professional and truly cares about her clientele. Her small staff is wonderful as well. This is a working ranch, and the ranch house has a tranquil porch with rocking chairs for those waiting. Comfortable couches and chairs next to a fireplace await those receiving therapy indoors. And when I say waiting, I mean parents like me waiting for their children to finish therapy. The staff is very punctual in all appointments, without making you feel rushed. I highly recommend Cher Myers for any parent looking for alternative therapy. She has been a Blessing to my family.

We were considering using this provider as a GAL for our family case then we read a set of transcripts from other cases this provider was involved with and immediately changed our minds. We noticed many inconsistencies considering the experience this provider claims to have but the one that stood out was her not reporting situations that endangered minor children. She is on record saying that she saw no need to report drinking alcohol while driving with children in the car.

We are staying away from such people and recommend everyone else who is considering using this provider to go else where.

The court assigned Ms. Myers to my family 5 yrs ago after a very long, bitter divorce. Long story short. Ms. Myers was responsible for totally alienating my children from me for 3 yrs. Now that they are adults, we are back together and totally happy, well-adjusted, and acting as a family should. This recent behavior is totally despite, NOT because of, the "Counseling" my family received from Ms. Myers and S.A.D.L.E.S.

It's worried me that I've heard negative feedback about this provider and now I know why! They definitely weren't easy to reach . They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. She will pretend to be on your side yet will tell outside psychologists to be careful when they make a decision about a patient . She is just a social worker. . She says she cares about the children but never listens to them. She tries to intimidate you by saying she is well connected to the judge in sumpter county. She says the judge comes to her farm implying they are friends and that she can sway a judges custody decision if you dont do things her way. It is as if she cares more about money and reintegration than the well being of the children. I'm sorry but if a child is abused that should be the end of the visits.
Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. She says I have to check my notes. The most worrisome statement I heard form her was that she reconnected a child with the parent who sexually abused him. Stay away!!!

She should not be in this line of work. My grandchildren were yelled at telling them their father is in their lives forever. He gave up all rights to them in order to not pay child support. He was abusive to his mentally ill wife and the girls saw this behavior. The wonderful changed, loving dad has been arrested for drunk driving, loving caring wife has been arrested and Baker acted many times. Cher cares about the almighty dollar and nothing else. I feel so sorry for any child placed under her care without a family member to stand up for them. She does not listen to the child! And she is not a good judge so character .

This Provider almost ruined my children's lives by placing them with their mentally ill biological father and his mentally ill wife. She lied and manipulated my children telling them their father would never leave them again and he was a changed man. A couple months later the changed man gave the children up so he would not have to pay child support or give me half his retirement just like I had been telling her he would. He was arrested for his 6th DUI and he and his wife recently divorced, she was arrested for assaulting a police officer and has been Baker Acted on two separate occasions. Ms Myers has no concern with the best interest of the children, it is all about the money and what she can get from you.
