They have some of the worst prices I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how much I ended up having to pay. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I couldn't believe how horrible they were. They are definitely one of the worst in the field. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion.
