My children saw Ms. Sherman after a horrendous accident which their mother, my wife. We all suffer from PTSD. Ms. Sherman showed a shocking lack of empathy toward me, saying disparaging and shaming comments about me in front of my children. When I told her how I felt and tried to process it with her, she made the decision to stop working with us. As a clinical social worker myself and having been therapy myself over the years, I have never experienced anything this unprofessional and potentially harmful.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
