Roz is an excellent counselor. She is very caring and intuitive, so was able to give me the exact encouragement that I needed. She did not push me with homework that was inappropriate for where I was at the time. She allowed me to work at my own pace and did not get frustrated when I didn't seem to be making progress. She intuitively understands that changing mindset is a difficult process and that outward behaviors won't seem to change until I have worked through my mindset. I highly recommend Roz to anyone who is looking for a caring, compassionate, patient therapist that focuses on CBT.
