The staff that sits behind the desk, I want to say it's about 3-4 ladies and did I say they are all rude. There attitudes are terrible! The billing department is worst, they tried to charge me $50.00 twice for no call no show fee which was incorrect and falsely placed on my account. Which was discussed every time I would bring my child. How can you charge someone a cancellation fee when you called (once) 24 hours prior to an appointment to reschedule (two) when you have us sitting in the waiting area for about 20 minutes them call me to the window and say the doctor can't see your child you will need to reschedule. They called me & said there's a balance on your account & until that is paid we cant see your child, we have to cancel his upcoming appointment. Ppl please review your statements & make sure you know your benefits because it's sad to say but this world we living in is evil, anything to get a dollar.

The therapists and doctors are awesome. The clerical staff is a different negative review. I listened to a brunette who they said was in charge, stating she just got back from vacation and she said she had to deal with "us" people. Like we had a disease. I guess we are sick but were not stupid.

My daughter saw the psychiatrist, Dr. Mehta, not a psychologist. We had to wait 45 minutes after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. He was arrogant and dismissive of her diagnoses made by a psychologist- ADD, anxiety, depression, gifted). The office was not child-friendly at all and was scary to my kid. I was put off by his style, the office, his advice (just let her be a kid for awhile), and we went there for medication management- it was laughable but sad. He thought he was god, his advice was crap. I would never go back to or recommend Dr. Mehta to anyone, in fact I complained to my insurer about him, I think he is mentally unstable! The office was easy enough to find.
