I definitely don’t want to go back to see them. I have absolutely no confidence that they know what they’re doing. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed by the lack of privacy or confidentiality. The receptionist came in and asked a patients name and then when she didn't recognize it, she asked for her last name. This is not a dental appointment....it's for psychotherapy. Anonymity is important and should be respected. Then when she asked me about my appt she did it in front of four other people....confidential? not!
