I was very unhappy with the way my appointment progressed. I made absolutely no progress, and I felt even worse when I left. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
