Dr. Susan is an amazing woman. She picks up on things that you never thought about, but should have. She shows you how to turn yourself around and get pointed in the right direction. I'm going through a divorce and she's been a tremendous ally in the process. She's comforting, and encouraging, I encourage you go see her.

The review about the office is NOT TRUE! Dr. Armstrong does not have an office staff!! That rude staff is of the other PhD.....that Helen lady. By the way I forgot that Dr. A gave me the correct address and said that the info on the google and web was incorrect...forgot and went to this wrong address and the RUDE Kathy Asst. even had me fill out paper work. Dr. Armstrong is not even there!!! Did not tell me she was not at this address anymore until I sat there for almost 30 minutes. Sooo MEAN!! Who does not inform you that you are at the wrong address????? Anyways I finally remember that this was not the address and (BTW her address is 4140 NW 27th Lane Suite B.) hurried down to the right address. There she was so kind and waiting with a bottle of water. I was so grateful. Dr. A even stayed late for my appointment. She is AWESOME. Finally a great therapist!!!!!!

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I'm still upset because of how long they made me wait in the waiting room. I felt like I was in there a week. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared.
