Mary Ruth was fantastic with my son. She really knows kids and my son felt very comfortable with her. Her assessments helped drive the kind of therapy. I appreciated her brief summaries after sessions. She is completely honest and professional. My son had returned from a summer camp and went to see her. After his visit, she told me that he no longer needed to come. That he was doing great. I thought it was fantastic that she didn't string us along for more appointments. It's been almost a year since he's been to see her and when I ask him about the experience, he says he misses going.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
