Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Rosina and her staff made it possible for our company (All American Home Health Care) to get CHAP accreditation in 2007. Since then we have remained accredited and there is no words to describe their continued guidance and assistance till this moment. They help us to keep current with changes in the Medicare rules and regulations necessary for continued participation in the Medicare program. Apart from the initial payment we made for their consultancy we have not been asked to pay extra money even when we get helped with plans of corrections. I will continue to recommend them to any person or organization that intends using the services of a consultant in home health business.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
Rosina McFadden has worked with our Agency since 1998 and we remain satisfied with her work.

Rosina McFadden is the most knowledgeable person in the industry. Her personal touch is just what anyone dealing with home health desires. She will go the distance to insure quality and the highest of standards to meet any agencies needs. With the changes in home health, the demands of this industry and a desire to meet all those demands and be prepared for any changes, Rosina McFadden and the 21st Century Health Care Consultants are the best choice. We have been CHAP accredited for over 8 years now and the reason why we have been able to maintain our accreditation is due to Rosina Mcfadden and the wonderful staff at 21st Century Health Care. From the initial preparation for survey to the actual survey, the team from 21st Century has been absolutely knowledgeable in preparing my agency for CHAP accreditation. Rosina and her staff have always been very courteous and helpful in making sure that you have all pertinent documents and information prior to survey. Anytime we had a question about anything pertaining to accreditation process, policy & procedure or just home health in general, 21 Century was there to address our questions. Rosina and her staff made us feel comfortable during process of accreditation; because we knew that we were well prepared by 21 Century. After we passed our survey and gained accreditation, 21st Century Health Care continued to be there for us to ensure that we were maintaining our accreditation status with CHAP. to ensure that you maintain your accreditation, 21st Century will have the latest updates to policies & procedures and any changes in the CHAP accreditation. They understand the business from top to bottom and I would not use anyone else to ensure my accreditation standards are in compliance.
