Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

I have been a patient of John's since Sept 2005!! I can NOT say anything but wonderful things about him! He is very dedicated to his patients!! He treats them w lots of respect! He doesn't beat around the bush!! He tells you the truth!! He's EXTREMELY informative, knows his job and really cares for his patients! He's on our side and wants nothing but the best for us!! He is very personable! I feel VERY comfortable talking to him! I'm 100% truthful w him!! He's NEVER EVER judged me or made me feel like I CAN'T do something! He is one of my favorite Dr's and he's stuck w me as his patient for as long as he's in practice!!

Among the best I have seen
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. All of my questions were answered completely during our session. I learned so much.
John Bock is AMAZING!!!!!!!! the most caring easy to talk to Dr ever! I highly recommend him!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
