If you are one of those people, like myself, who has tried every diet out there and you feel like you want to give up, you NEED to go see Dr. Bock! Dr. Bock’s knowledge and experiences are so extensive that he can help anyone that is willing to help themselves. In addition to his professional demeanor, Dr. Bock is also laid back so that you feel so comfortable speaking with him that you actually start to talk to him as if her were just another friend you sought out for advice. Furthermore, Doctor Bock is so encouraging that even when I had a small set back, he remained positive and encouraging, and instead of criticizing me, he reminded me of all my success. Most of all, Dr. Bock wants to help you enjoy food in a way that leaves you healthy and satisfied. Before I started going to Integrated Nutrition Therapy, I believe the whole “life style change” concept was BS, but it is a now a concept that I not only believe, but I embrace wholeheartedly. I have never felt better! He is not the typical nutritionist! Trust me! I have been to several to know. In fact, I think he understands the functions and needs of the human body more extensively than most of the MD’s I have seen. Thanks for everything Dr. Bock!!

John Bock is the perfectionist in Nutrition. When I first saw him I was 238 pounds. With his intelligence and professionalism I slowly but surely lost weight. Pound after pound, day after day i continuously lost weight and FELT BETTER ABOUT MYSELF!!! I've been seeing him for about 1 year and 7 months, and I am now 200 pounds baby! And who is the person to thank? JOHN BOCK BABYYYYY!!!! Thank you John!!!!!

John Bock is not only very passionate about what he does, but he is very supportive and caring about his patients. If you need him after office hours he responds within seconds. If it wasn't for John I wouldn't have this much energy. He gives great advice to lead you in the right direction. I highly recommend anyonr who needs a nutrionist to go to John. He is my idol and I trust him with his feedback. Thank you John for guiding me through this rough patch of mine.

I cannot say enough positive things about John Bock and the practice that he runs. I started seeing John in 2010 for an eating disorder after many unsuccessful visits to other doctors and therapists. On my first visit he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. He wanted to get to know me and my history in order to better help me through my disorder. Unlike other professionals I had seen, he didn't just write me a meal plan and expect me to follow it. We came up with a plan together that would be manageable for me and one in which I would actually follow. We would talk about the plan during follow up visits and adjust where needed. Not only did he help manage my eating, he helped me work through issues that were contributing to my disorder. I could open up to him without feeling judged or uncomfortable and he always listened to what I said and how I was feeling. If I had a question between appointments, he was always available and willing to help. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to see someone who is knowledgable, caring and compassionate. John helped me get my life back on track and I will be forever grateful!
