Dr. Baskot's medical knowledge is greater than that of many physicians who went to medical school in the United States, and her attitude is even more impressive than her knowledge. My father recommended that I see her, and it went better than I expected.

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
The receptionist at this office think that she has a permission to teach everybody about how to live. Instead of of being helpful she speak rude and not polite at all. Terrible! I couldn't stand it and left without visiting the doctor. So bad when probably good doctors loosing customers because of unfriendly stuff in the office!

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
