They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Their hours are flexible throughout the week so I can always make an appointment easily. I've attended two dinners the doctor provides routinely for his clients and I've learned so much more about chiropractic care. I feel healthier and more in tune with what I need to do to take care of myself.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
