Im impressed at every trainer's level of professionalism. They are completely focused on me the entire time . I love how attentive they are here..Even when im not there and I have a question or think of something thats important ,they are always just a text, email ,or phone call away that they are always quickl to respond. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, I feel like they are a personal trainer and nutritionist wrapped into one! I get all the exercise advice along with meal plans, and personal shopping trips,yet I'm only paying for their services as a personal trainer. They are so helpful and really want to see me succeed, everyone there is so motivational ..This type of environment seemed so intimidating to me at one point in my life and now that im with AAP not only has my family started to get involved in the amazing fit camps they offer as well,but they have completley changed me already in such a short amount of time not only physiclly but mentally as well ,i feel like i not only have a healthy body but a healthy mind =) Thanks to everyone thats part of AAP

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm really excited to tell all my friends and family about this fantastic personal trainer and to show them my amazing results.

Ashley and Alex are great! This is a great business and have had many happy customers. The previous two reviews obviously had some personal issues. I have always felt like their only client and never like a number. They care for you and want nothing but success to come your way. They provide you with everything you need and follow up with you to see how you're doing. I recommend AAP to anyone.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community, especially now. Everyone needs to know their unethical way of doing business. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else and I'm about to!!!
