They paid close attention to us and all of our questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the follow-up care. Dr.Chaves is kind and caring and treats each animal as if it was his own.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
