They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. The PA there Manish Patel acts like he knows more than the doctor even tho he looks right out of med school. I've been on same medicine & dose for years and was ok. But right away Manish Patel PA wants to decrease & drop everything, he doesn't know what living with pain everyday is like!!!

No, they didn't even attempt to explain
