Very thankful in just one appointment. Dr. Thornton not only assured me by answering all questions thoroughly but made me completely confident in him by how knowledgeable he was regarding my issues. I left feeling better than I have in a very long time. Can't wait to fell better and better with each visit!
Located across from the Murray Bank on the South side of town, he is just minutes from anywhere in Murray!

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff is most friendly. I am impressed with the progress I am making through my visits. All my questions were answered. Dr. Thornton spends substantial time with me each and every visit, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about making the changes I need to. The office was very easy to locate.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. Don't expect a superficial 3-minute adjustment--you will be seen for at 10-15 minutes.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
