No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I appreciated that they personalized my massage, instead of just giving me a basic, generic massage. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Wow, if there is such a thing as a heavenly massage, Ariana comes the closest, in my experience, to providing therapeutic nirvana. The thing that most impresses me is her innate desire and talent to heal and to learn and resolve all of my trouble spots. I never feel like she is giving me a formula or cookie-cutter massage. Every one I receive feels customized and tailored to just me and my well-being. The delivery of her art is a product of her devotion to a means to an end. That being to make her clients' lives better in ways that transcend traditional massage therapy. If this sounds too good to be true, trust me, this time it isn't. Obviously, I recommend you give Ariana a try and see for yourself. She is the best.
