Dr. Popkin is an excellent doctor who is extremely knowledgeable, and he put me at ease the whole time I was there with his kind and caring bedside manner. He took his time to explain throughly, and answered all my questions in details. I am so glad that I found a doctor who I can trust. He is a wonderful doctor.

Fantastic skin cancer doctor. Caring and kind, she made me feel at ease during my surgery. I was so scared I would have a huge scar. She did an amazing job and I can't even see where the surgery was done.

I visited Dr. Mann 2012 because I discovered a large brown spot on my skin. She said to me that it was fine and didn't even sent me to biopsy. Unfortunately a year later, it turned to be a melanoma.
