Ray was referred to us through my daughter's therapist when we realized my daughter was addicted to alcohol. In a time of crisis and feeling totally overwhelmed, I put my trust and my daughter's care in his hands which was such a blessing. I had no idea what was ahead for my daughter and our family however, with Ray's guidance and expertise he found a treatment center for my daughter to go to immediately. It a quick process and I was in such shock, however, Ray was very communicative and helped me and my daughter through the transition. The recovery center that her referred her to was the perfect place for her to heal. It was amazing and so supportive for my daughter and our family. I learned so much about addiction and trauma. My daughter had a strong connection with her therapist and her peers there. They brought the light back to my daughter. I could never have found this special place and so quickly without Ray. After her recovery there, Ray found a transitional living place for her to go to. She is currently there and is continuing to recover. After these past several months speaking to recovery professionals, everyone has only wonderful things to say about Ray. His reputation in the field is stellar. I am so thankful that we found Ray because I can't imagine anyone else helping us the way he did. He saved my daughter and brought her back to me. In a time of pain, Ray has been there for me and my family. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a child has an addiction.

Ray is the BEST at what he does!
He's caring and compassionate yet to the point and honest!
He guided and advised us as a family in getting the much needed help we all needed! Our lives are changed for the better!
Instead of constantly walking on eggshells we are able to communicate more effectively and engage with one another in a healthier way! There is no one I recommend more! Whether for individual or family therapy, to find placement for your loved one who maybe struggling and in need of more intensive treatment and therapy! Ray is the person you want advising and guiding you throughout! We are so grateful to have found him!

Our son had hit rock bottom. He was doing drugs, was depressed and lost.
Ray is our life saver. He helped us get our son “back.”
Ray guided all of us thru our sons issues.
He is and was available any time we needed him.
He is our ANGEL!!!!

We are so grateful to having the opportunity to meet Ray, who became our mentor and professional guide during most difficult and challenging times.
For a long time we felt like we are walking in the dark with no hope. Due to Ray's wisdom, extensive experience and knowledge we were able to find some light and to move forward.
As we became more familiar with the world of addiction and mental health issues we learned that Ray is really one of the best professional interventionist in the field. With no doubt, the fact that he is one of the leading experts in the field helped us a lot to find creative solutions, especially at time when everything seemed so hopeless. Thank you so much Ray!

Raising a teenager has proven to be more complex than I ever could have imagined. They are not only thinking they are adults but they do not recognize they still have not developed the tools to rationalize their decision making at this stage in their lives. As a parent, I cannot stress how frustrated this process was for me at the beginning of my son’s change from being my little boy to becoming the young adult he is continually aspiring to be.

My inability to rationalize my desires to see the best in him while also recognizing that he will make his own decisions and at times childish mistakes was a heart-wrenching experience for both my wife and myself. Having Ray Estefania provide guidance to us during this time was a much-needed catharsis for all of us.

Ray’s professional guidance, ease of listening to both the parent's side and the teenager's side of the various situations as well as helping us understand our emotions at the time provided both my son and us with a sounding board to better handle the angst of the teenage years.

For any parent trying to make heads or tails of these difficult times I would recommend Ray Estefania without hesitation.

Ray has been helping us with our son for the past several months and he has been a God send ! We are grateful for his guidance, expertise, support and accessibility. He has connected with our son, who has been very resistant to therapy in the past. He was also instrumental in helping our son find a psychiatrist that he appreciates and trusts. Ray has an extensive network of professionals throughout the country who he is able to utilize as referrals and has helped other members of our family as well. As a grandmother/guardian who had to make the agonizing decision to send our grandson to a Wilderness Program and then onto Therapeutic Boarding School, I found the process overwhelming. Ray’s guidance with the process was invaluable. His knowledge of treatment options allowed us to place our grandson in treatment quickly to avoid a crisis. He monitored our grandson’s treatment through out his stay at Wilderness Program and Boarding School. He was always available at every crisis and worked with the school to find a solution. One year ago our grandson wouldn’t go to school, was using drugs and participating in self destructive behavior.
Today he is now preparing to graduate from high school early and working on college applications for Fall 2022. He describes Ray as one of the most impactful people in his life. Hiring Ray as our Educational Consultant was the best decision we could have ever made. Thank you Ray!

Dr.Estefania has been really helpful in guiding our son to stop vaping and smoking weed. It was a shock when I discovered that he was taking these drugs. We reacted immediately and met with Dr. Estefania who was referred to us by our pediatrician. He helped our son realize how drugs affected him and made his life going towards to wrong direction.
Weed and vaping are not normal or healthy . Teenagers think it is Ok but it is not. Dr. Estefania supported us and very quickly our son was drugs free from one day to the next and has now been clear for months . Do not hesitate a second to reach out to Dr. Estefania . He knows what he is doing and how to approach kids and parents in difiicuot situations .
