Was this acupuncture clinic too cold?
Not at all!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Yes, Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous
Is this acupuncturist's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking clinics I've ever seen!

I experienced relief from my pains right after my treatment. I was surprised at how well the treatment worked, I am a definite believer in acupuncture now. I couldn't believe how much of a difference the herbs they gave me made. Dr. Lu made all the difference. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled doctor. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was very comfortable for the whole treatment.
