I got the opportunity to meet some really fantastic people that work there at Kindred. Everyone has been so nice and hospitable to me. Helped me in every way. The rooms are clean and the food was delicious especially at that cafe since it is catered by Luby's. But I do want to say thank you to a few people that really helped me out.

Noel you have been very kind in helping me and I am sure that all the other patients love you as well. Also a thank-you to Laura who works in the radiology department for assisting me when I needed it. Thank you Angel for being very supportive. And one last final thank you to Kristen for helping me throughout the days that I was there.

I hope that other patients and families read my review for you as I honestly believe your hospital is outstanding. If you're looking for a place for your loved one or yourself do consider Kindred as a choice.

Hospital staff rude and take 45mins to an hour and a half to respond to the nurse call button. comments made to patient uncalled for, not a friendly environment. Given the run around or pass the buck response when asking questions. Stay away from this place if you want good care please seek other facilities

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. The entire staff was very unprofessional and did not comply with doctor/patient confidentiality. We were told about details of someone else's case while there since we witnessed an argument another patient's family member was having with the staff. There are so many laws being broken at this facility. I do not advise admitting your family member to this facility.
