They asked a few questions to get to know me better, but they drew their conclusion too quickly if you ask me.
Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care?
A holistic approach to care means that everybody is on board at that level. In my opinion, not all the staff were the right people in that position.

This was one of the most confusing and frustrating hospitals I have ever been too. Forget about getting any of your questions answered, they are much too busy. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week.

They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Many Med errors, asked for meds waiting a long time and was told they were short staffed. the Food they served us was awful. The sanitary issues with my bathroom and sharing with my roommate were disgusting

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

This Micheal we are told to call is not the problem, he simply is too high up and too well paid to understand the problems at the hospital or to want to cut his pay to help CM's budget mess. Call the head of nursing, if you can find an operator who knows how to connect you properly!!! Better yet, ask one of the overworked nurses what they think about how CM is intentionally short staffing its floors in order to save money. They have a very low patient count right now!!! Fewer patients means less money. Ask the nurses to tell you horror stories about patients sitting in their own urine or feces for hours. Ask them if your loved one's room or floor has all the medical equipment needed in case of an emergency. You will hear some real tiptoeing by the nurses as they try to answer!!! CM is the last place I would send a child with an emergency condition. It is a cheap, poorly managed hospital on top of a mountain in the middle of nowhere.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name
