I like Dr. Muscarella, but his office staff is rude. I am an existing patient, and went to the ER where they suspected a hairline fracture in my foot and suggested that I follow-up with Dr. Muscarella. After explaining my trip to the ER to his office staff, I was told they would not be able to get me in for over two and a half weeks, and refused to get me in any sooner. In my opinion that is unacceptable and I have to wonder if he knows what goes on in his own office.
