My doctor is Dr.Newman and she is a thoughful and a great professional and never makes me feel rushed. Marisol was nice to greet me as i walked into the office. It is a clean and professional office with high end eyewear.
The whole experience is so pleasant here, I actually look forward to my next eye exam. It has Easy parking which i was glad, and Marisol helped me with choosing glasses that match my face. They have the best prices in town compare to my other Optometry office. Dr Newman and Marisol are very friendly, the office is amazing, & they are always up-to-date with the latest technology in eye care. I highly recommend Dr. Newman as your life-long eye doctor!

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

dr. newman does a very thiral job and was able to answer all my questions. prices are amazing!! takes all types of insurance!! defenitly will go back!

my experience with Dr Newman Optometry was great. the staff were extremly friendly, answer all my questions and i was able to choose between different price ranges.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Explanation of services and costs for eyewear was very costly. Costs were not made known up front, and it was not explained just what was and what was not covered by insurance. I was left with a very large bill to pay. The DRs. husband runs a pharmacy ajacent to the doctors office, and intervenes in the busines of the optometry office regularly.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The Dr's recommendation for glasses with all of the extra's was absolutely overpriced, however. Those extras drove up the cost of the glasses. I wasn't told that my insurance would not cover much of what was ordered, and I was very surprised and upset when presented with my final bill. Had I been informed of just what my plan covered I would not have agreed to much of what she, the Dr., was prescribing. I wil not be returning to this office.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Dr Newman knows what she’s doing and she made me fee comfortable asking questions and she never rushed me. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to everyone.
