I visited Dr. Paynton's office 3 times the week I was visiting my parents. They got me right in. Their staff did a lot of work on my neck. Dr. Paynton said that I was the tightest patient they'd had all day. By Wednesday he thought there was significant improvement. And Friday even more.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
