Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Did not feel like they knew what they were doing. Waited 20 days for my glasses, then they called and said my glasses were ready, I went to pick them up and they were not ready, was told to walk around the mall for two hours while I waited. I don't recommend this place to anyone, it was $800 wasted.
