Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.
