This doctor was so condescending. I've never experienced such arrogance and I'm not surprised that he's been in business so long and is accepting new patients -- I will not return! And I ended up having to go to another eye doctor (six months later with the same complaint) because he missed a pretty big problem with my eyes by not performing a complete exam (eyelids should have been examined) -- instead he told me to change my soap. Interesting thought, but, really, not actually an issue once prescribed appropriate eye drops.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
