No, they were very calm and understanding

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
