I am an overly anxious person when it comes to anything teeth related. Dr. Jeff and his staff put my mind at total ease before, during and after the procedure. A great office with a great staff--if you need an oral surgeon, this is the place to go.

I was born with the bad teeth gene. As 30-40 year old bridges and crowns began to fail, extractions and implants followed. Initially I spoke to other dentists, planning ahead. Then my husband had an extraction by Dr. Wasielewski and commented on how light his hands were. Within a year, it was evident that I needed to begin and I asked my dentist who is in the same building in Ypsilanti if there was any reason not to see Dr Wasielewski. It actually works superbly as they can consult back and forth. I must be on implants 6-7 or 7-8 by now and might be looking at another extraction. When I have concerns or questions, they are respectfully and promptly address. My experience has been hands down far better than a friend's who went to the dentist I wasn't quite comfortable about after a consult. Also, after surgery I was given a cell phone number to call if there was any major issue after hours. Once I was seen on a Sunday morning post surgery.

Absolutely

They took a generally holistic approach to the environment within the office and I appreciated what they did.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
