Dr. Han is extremely rude, uncaring, and unprofessional! He barely gave me any information at all. He was annoyed and abrupt with any questions I had regarding my pet's condition. There is no other way to describe Dr. Han's demeanor except as MEAN! I left feeling upset, confused, and frustrated... I have never been treated so horribly by a professional, especially a doctor!
