Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

I can't give enough praise to everyone at VIVA. Dr. Thompson and Dr. Bond are wonderful, compassionate Drs. They gave our family much more quality time with our beloved cat with a very aggressive cancer. Festus' initial dx with his other vet was not good and we were not expected to have him with us very much longer. We had him with us 1 1/2 yrs. later and he was happy.
