The staff are very friendly, I will give you that. I took my two dogs here back in Feb.2015- Had male fixed every test imaginable. My female was already fixed had her tested for everything both getting ALL shots. Received the terrible news both (Heartworm positive) I was distraught! After spending over a grand on both at this point we started the Bravecto for the both until we could do surgery one at a time. Which was told we need to schedule it but, could use the preventative so it wouldn't produce any new worms. This year we started having problems with the dogs getting a long so we gave the female to a friend a few months ago which took her to have her rabies updated and any shots she needed, I had given him all the paperwork on what was done at Pet Amour so he made his vet aware. Odd thing is: She was heartworm negative...MMM how could that be? So, I took my male to another vet and guess what- He's heartworm negative. Just be cautious before you do anything right away. Always get a second opinion- My male surgery to remove the heart worms was going to cost over 700.00 and my female right at 500.00. Glad I decided to check with another vet and have them retested.

I wish I could give negative stars!!!! This place is awful! They refused to acknowledge the fact my dog has a hernia, which in return could kill her! Signed up for a puppy program and didn't even give 3 important shots she needed. When called to complain no one would talk to me or call me back! When my dog got spayed did not give me an e collar which in return had to buy one myself, was told the spay would be free but still got charged for it! Hate this place! Will never ever go back or recommend anyone to go

This is a wonderful practice. We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else. Our dog even loves going here.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
