Lack of social skills. Had been taking my dogs there and he never tested them for the proper medicine for an ear infection. Used his recommendations for 6 months and never went away. Took to VCA and they tested the ear sample and it disappeared in 1 week. You mind spend less here, but you have to make much more trips because he never solves the problem. They seem out to lunch.
