The worst clinic -the worst doctor Patricia Forsythe.
She cares ONLY about jacking up the bill and spent literally 1 minute in the room with the animal. I would give zero stars if I could.
Horrible first impression. Terrible doctor -stay away.
They only care about the money and do NOT even hide it.
Disgusting.

Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up?
Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days.

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
