Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them.
They are not very good in picking up phones or returning voice-mails. Today, Saturday, I got late in picking up my dog by 4pm - they never gave me a call that what will happen to my dog - they are closed tomorrowSunday and I am totally frustrated looking for some kind of alternative night contact no.

I just pray that my pet will be well taken care of and given the required medicines! Ohhh I am so stressed!
