I have been going to Citrus Park Animal Hospital for over 8 years and I love it! All of my pets have been cared for by the staff like they were their own. The staff is so compassionate and Dr. Brooks always takes the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. The prices are reasonable and I have never been asked to perform any unnecessary tests on my pets. Any time I ask they always provide me with an estimate before any procedure. I have called at the very last second before and they have always fit me in anytime I needed to get my babies seen. All of my critters are very happy and healthy thanks to them!

My dog needed antibiotics. Instead of offering me a written scrip they filled the order there for $32.00. I could have gotten them free from Publix. They would not work with me at all and subsequently have lost my business. They think the way they do business is perfectly fine. "let the buyer beware" is their motto. They seem to be very ethically challenged.

When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I had just moved to Tampa, FL from Birmingham, AL when my French Bulldog, Gus, woke up with several welts on his face from what seemed to be a bug bite. This has happened before, so I knew to give him Benadryl, but when the swelling spread and his eyes almost swelled shut, I felt I needed to take him to a vet. I looked online to find a vet near my new home and found Citrus Park Animal Hospital. I chose this vet just based on convenience and did not plan for this to be our new permanent vet. However, Gus and I were treated so well by the staff that we will definitely be going back for our normal check ups and shots. It's also a bonus that Dr. Brooks is an Auburn University graduate, as are me and my husband!

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
