Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets?
Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

My dog was in severe pain. At 2:00am Thanksgiving morning, I decided to take her to the emergency animal hospital. I was visiting relatives in Sherman, and found there were no emergency facilities there, so I was directed, by my family's vet in Sherman, to Best Friends in Denison. My mother and I drove to Dension, but were having problems finding the location of the hospital. I called and spoke with a staff woman who was unbelievably rude. Not knowing Denison, I told here my location, which was the Albertson's parking lot just over the bridge. At first she said she didn't know where that was, then she said we had gone too far. Then she just hung up on us! I was so shocked that someone in the healthcare business could be so cold and insensitive. I will never do business with that clinic, and I will continue to tell this story so that others will not go there.
