My appointment was for 3:30. When I arrived at 3:15 the parking lot and waiting area were full. I sat until 4 when I was finally taken back. I was taking my 8 week old puppy for a checkup because he had some dirt on his ears. The girl took a swab and removed stuff from his ear and he yiped. I had previously cleaned his ears thoroughly at home 5 days prior and he didn't yipe. Anyways they supposedly were taking the swab to find out what was in his ear but when the vet finally did come check him he acted like he was guessing it was fungal. Then the girl cleaned his ears and in the process squirted the cleaner in his eye. I told her she did and she said he'd be fine. His eye is now red and swollen. The best part is they charged me $10 to clean his ears!!! I could've done it at home for free! $15 to supposedly test the swab, $15 for fecal test, $28.40 for ear drops, $30.10 for spray for an imaginary fungal infection on his belly which no one can see, $27 for booster shot which he administers into his hip, $40 for the visit. Which brings a grand total of $165.50! And they want him to go back in 2 weeks for a check up and his other booster. The estimate for that visit... $103.40!! And I was there from 3:15 until 4:40 because after he was finally seen I had to go back to the waiting area until they were ready to check me out. This place is a rip off and a waste of my time.

I like everything about them except they don't take debit or charge cards, and they are slow at check-out.

We have been seeing Dr. Fox and his staff for the past 25 years or more. The vet and his staff here are courteous and professional. They show great respect for the animals in their care. I readily refer others to this clinic with the caution that, although kind, the vet is more animal-focused than social with people.
