Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Yes, they were immaculate.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Dr. Herr and his office staff have been very helpful to me and my dog. My 14 1/2 year old golden retriever was sick and Dr. Herr picked up her and carried all 60 pounds of her to my car. He never seems rushed and doesn't talk on and on, but everything he says is important and one wants to listen to every word. I would recommend Dr. Herr.

Yes, I thought it was fair

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did this veterinarian and their staff educate you on what you could do better to help keep your pets healthy and happy?
Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health
Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet?
Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.
