Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I felt like a person who has never and i mean NEVER had a pet before they should of spoke to me broken down language and not vet terms for everything. I left more confused and frustrated than ever. I think they have to have better communication within the office as well. They already had my dogs shots ready when they didnt even explain to me why the dog was getting the shot to begin with. I think an explanation of everything and the whole procedure and why they were doing what they were doing would of been nice for a newbee that has no idea or a clue on what dogs need. That is why I went so I can learn and felt like I did not learn anything.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
